1.Garlic dip with veggies/ lavash

Frummy greek yogurt Garlic dip. 1
Cucumber. 1
Carrots. 2
Par boiled broccoli 1
Paneer. 200 GMs
Lavash. 200 GMs

Method:
Cut the carrots,cucumber and paneer into thin slices . Put garlic dip in a bowl and put it in the centre of the plate and Arrange the sliced veggies,paneer , broccoli and lavash around it. This is a very healthy and refreshing starter.

2.Ranch with paneer broccoli

Serves. 10
Frummy Greek yogurt Ranch. 1(280 GMs)
Cucumber. 1
Bell peppers 1cup
Paneer. 200 GMs
Broccoli. 1 flower
Pecans. Few
Pomegranate molasses

Method:
Par boil florets of broccoli and sauté with oregano and chillie flakes .Cut paneer into large thin slices and sauté.
Take out the ranch dip in a bowl.Add finely chopped bell peppers and cucumber to it. Spread the dip in a shallow tray. Add broccoli florets on top and another layer of thin large sautéed paneer pieces.
Drizzle with molasses and sprinkle pecans/ ground nuts.Mouth watering and super healthy starter is ready .
(You can also make the same using Frummy Natural Greek yogurt(380gms) and adding garlic paste,pepper,mustard powder,salt and some honey

* ½ teaspoon dried thyme
* ½ teaspoon paprika
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
* In a bowl, combine the Frummy Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
* Add the chicken and ensure it’s fully coated with the marinade.
* Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to several hours for more intense flavor.
